Message	Josh thanks for your hands on help yesterday. I have been doing business with them since 99, they all seem willing to help the customer. Mostly, I have been dealing with Josh, Joel, Shana, John, Chuck, Spencer, Shawn,"hat to the back, and Russell in passing. I was there for 4 hours yesterday, and the phone was jumping off the hook with orders, and alot of people calling with technical questions. It is not an easy position, and I appreciate all that you are doing. Keep up the good work!!!!
